Q2: Why do you think Ned Land was always thinking about escape, unlike Professor Aronnax?
Answer: Ned Land loved his freedom, the open air, and hunting on land. On the other hand, Professor Aronnax was a scientist who enjoyed studying the wonders of the sea inside the Nautilus.
Q3: What does Captain Nemo's help to the poor Indian diver show about his character?
Answer: It shows that despite his hatred for modern civilization, he still had a noble heart, felt sympathy for the poor, and hated oppression.
